GP Partner or Salaried GP (5-8 Sessions) – Perth City Medical Centre


An exciting opportunity has arisen at Perth City Medical Centre for a GP to join our friendly
and supportive team. Our preference is for a GP partner, but we may consider a salaried GP
with a view to partnership for the right candidate. This vacancy has become available due to
the early retirement of a valued partner.


About the Role:


• Position: GP partner (salaried GP with a view to partnership may be considered)
• Sessions: 5-8 per week (flexible)
• Start Date: Successful candidate to start in September 2025
• Competitive remuneration package, with partnership opportunities for the right
candidate

The Practice:


• A supportive team of 7 GP partners, along with an experienced multi-disciplinary
team, including an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, two Practice Nurses, and a
Healthcare Assistant
• Advanced Nurse Practitioners (ANPs) support with house visits, reducing GP
workload and ensuring continuity of care for housebound patients
• Patient List: Approximately 9,500 patients from Perth and the surrounding areas
• Uses Vision IT system to streamline workflows and enhance patient care
• Well-established, forward-thinking practice committed to high-quality patient care
• Newly refurbished, modern premises located in the heart of Perth City. A very central
location with excellent transport links, making it easily commutable from nearby areas
• Protected admin time to ensure a good work-life balance
• Free onsite parking for staff convenience
• Weekly clinical and management meetings to ensure collaborative decision-making
and practice development
• Daily informal GP meetings to encourage peer support and knowledge sharing

• GMC registered with relevant UK experience
