Tinto Medical Practice is seeking a GP Partner to join our 3 existing GP Partners and dedicated team of clinical and administrative staff. We are flexible and would consider a salaried GP role with a view to Partnership.
We emphasise the importance of continuity of care and have clinical support from our practice nurse, practice employed Mental Health ANP, as well as NHSL Pharmacy colleagues, GP Link Worker, Mental Health Liaison Nurse and Primary Care Occupational Therapist.
With a list size of 5300 patients we prioritise time with our patients and offer varied consultation timings / duration for telephone and face to face appointments which works well and is flexible based on clinical preference.
We pride ourselves in the organisation of our practice processes and IT systems which include Vision, Docman and our online patient access system AskMyGP.
We have a very supportive and highly experienced triage and care navigation team who manage all incoming patient requests. Our administration team are skilled in Docman workflow management generating approx. 5 – 10 Docman requiring GP input per week. NHSL Pharmacy Hub manages our IDLs and out-patient letters.
We prioritise supporting each other as a team both formally (regular meetings) and informally over coffee at lunchtime as well as frequent social events.
